Monthly Stays $1500 ($1400 cash) for a single guest (prefer a Single guest.) or $1600 ($1500 cash) for a Quiet couple - NO PETS!! Completely furnished, dedicated free private parking spot and free Wi-Fi, all utilities and a washer and dryer. A laundry room is available for monthly stays only (cleaning fee $100, Deposit 1st Month plus one month as deposit) If booking 2 months or longer 1st, last and security (2 months rent or paid insurance policy), $250 cleaning fee, rental contract along with income verification and references required. (no *HOT on monthly stays)

Wimberley Airport Shuttle Service

House Rules:

Please be considerate about noise from 10pm to 7am. We are a neighborhood and noise is strictly enforced.
There is a One (1) car policy and no Harley Motorcycles/loud pipes due to noise.
Check out is firm at 11 am unless prior arrangements are made. If check out is past 11 am without prior arrangements there is a $50 fee per hour from your deposit as we have to have two people turn the Nest around for our next guest. If we do not have a guest the day you check out we are happy to allow late check outs for Free but you must ask first!
Holidays we do prefer a three night stay. If it is close to the date, ask, we will probably say OK to two nights!
We do one-night bookings during the week. Friday and Saturday nights, if you need one night - ask. We will consider it.
There is no smoking/Vape at all inside the Nest. There is a specific "butt" ashtray for use, no "butts" are to be on the grounds at all. We have a lot of deer and other animals here who don't need the habit!
If you are under the legal drinking age, alcohol is not permitted. This is the law and you will be asked to leave.

Company Policies for Homestead Cottages, LLC and Mt Baldy Nest These company policies are part of the agreed email reservation confirmation and the required credit card authorization* email submitted by the guest prior to arrival. To secure your reservation, you authorize the Homestead Cottages, LLC, doing business as Mt Baldy Nest to charge your credit card for all fees associated with your stay at the time of booking. You also acknowledge that additional charges are authorized for services not anticipated at the time of booking but which are delivered during your stay, and/or for damages, and/or missing items. A Deposit equal to one nights lodging will be charged to your card immediately upon booking your reservation in order to hold your reservation. Cancellations must be in writing via email or postal mail and received by the cancellation date. Receipt of the cancellation will be acknowledged by the method used for the cancellation. To be eligible for a refund, less applicable fees, cancellations must be made 15 or more calendar days prior to arrival or 31 or more calendar days prior to arrival for all monthly, on all holiday's (specified below.) If a reservation is cancelled within the specified grace period, a cancellation and handling fee equal to one nights lodging will be charged to the credit card. You will be charged for the full rental amount if the reservation is cancelled 14 or less calendar days prior to arrival or 30 or less calendar days prior to arrivals on all holiday's. No shows, shortening the length of stay and early departures will be charged the full amount of any reservation. Major holidays include New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Holidays eligible for two nights stays include Valentine's Day, St Patrick's Day, Easter, Spring Break, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween Check In/Check Out: 3pm/11am Renter acknowledges that owner(s) have made no representations, either expressed or implied, as to the safety or habitability of the premises. Renter shall assume all risk of any loss, damage, or injury to self, members of the reservation party or property. Renter agrees to hold property owner(s) and Homestead Cottages, LLC and Mt Baldy Nest harmless for all injuries incurred while renter is on premises, regardless of how such injuries are sustained. Unless approved by property owner, pet(s) are not allowed. If pet(s) are approved you must follow the following guidelines: All pets must be on a leash at all times when outside of the fenced in yard and deck. Pet(s) must be in a kennel if left alone in the apartment. Guests agree that if pet(s) have an accident in the apartment, all clean up will be performed by guests and the Owners will be contacted right away. Do not let the accident sit! You will be charged a cleaning fee up to $200 if you do and it is found after you leave or the accident cannot be easily cleaned. Kitchen and convection oven and induction surface must be clean prior to departure. If extra cleaning is required of kitchen appliances a fee up to $75.00 will be added to credit card. Turn off AC, heat, wash, dry and put away dishes. Please do not make the beds. You are on vacation, enjoy yourself. Do not use confetti or glitter for parties. There will be an excess cleaning charge of $25.00. This will be charged to your credit card if found after check out. Please keep all noise levels down from 10pm till 7am for everyone's enjoyment. If guests complain and you do not "quiet" down after (2) two warnings you will be asked to leave immediately. Put all trash in garbage containers upon departure. Kindly keep the outdoors clean. This means cigarette butts too! No smoking inside the property. This is strictly enforced. If fumigation is required there will be up to a $100 fee added to your credit card. Smoking is only allowed outdoors. Please be aware of the potential of brush fires. Please use the ash trays for your butts. DO NOT throw the butts on the ground! Lost keys will be charged to your credit card at the rate of $10.00 per key. Lost or damaged remotes will be charged to your credit card in the amount of $25.00 per remote. Articles left at the rented property will gladly be sent back to the guest for a minimum of $15 for shipping and handling. We want everyone to have fun and enjoy themselves. Exercise caution so your visit remains injury free! Open display or discharge of firearms is prohibited. This serves as your credit card authorization for Homestead Cottages, LLC and Mt Baldy Nest. This must be agreed to, signed and returned to Homestead Cottages, LLC and Mt Baldy Nest prior to your arrival to confirm your reservation. By agreeing to this you agree with all terms and conditions of Homestead Cottages, LLC and Mt Baldy Nest. You also agree that this is your signature to allow your credit card to be signed and billed by Homestead Cottages, LLC and Mt Baldy Nest. This is accepted as part of the rental agreement*and is not subject to change or negotiation. We do prosecute for hot check writers with the Texas Attorney Generals Office. *By submitting this form you are agreeing to all the above stated company policies, terms and conditions laid out above and this constitutes a signature of this acceptance.
