Terms and Conditions

• You must be twenty-five (25) years of age to enter into this agreement and reservation.
• A reservation requires a one night deposit.
• The remaining balance is due fifteen (15) days prior to arrival date.
• All children thirteen (13) years of age and over are guests and are charged accordingly.
• There is a state and local tax charge.
• A two (2) night minimum stay, with a three (3) night minimum stay on holidays (New Years, Easter, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas).
• We must have a valid credit card with a booking.

Cancellation Policy

• Reservations canceled more than fifteen (15) days prior to arrival date, will receive a full refund less a fifty ($50) dollar service fee.
• Sorry, cancellations within twenty-four (24) hours of your scheduled arrival are nonrefundable.
• There will be a fifteen ($15) dollar charge for extra guests in your party per guest per night. Reducing the number of guests in your party may be done up to twenty-four (24) hours prior to arrival date. 
• Cancellations due to weather condition are not accepted.

Check-In Policy

• Check-In Policy is 2:PM. Call 321-412-1914 or 512-395-7921 if early check-in is possible.

Check-Out Policy

• Check-Out is 11:00 AM
• Property Usage Policy:
• Creekside Country Cabin must be notified of any additional guests in your party.
• All children, excluding non-crawling infant, are guests and charged accordingly.
• The maximum number of guests cannot be exceeded.
• Creekside Country Cabin is not responsible for lost or damaged property.  In the event you leave personal property, call 321-412-1914 or 512-395-7921.  We will return the property for a five ($5) handling fee plus cost of postage.
• Additional charges will be applied after departure should extra cleaning be required or there are damages to the property. This will be accessed by cleaning personnel.
• This property is on septic systems, so do not flush anything other than toilet tissue.
• Creekside Country Cabin and the property owner cannot be held responsible for any damages, accident or injuries to you or anyone in your party.

Non-Smoking Property

• We appreciate and request that you honor the non-smoking policy. This is important for people with allergies.  There will be a two ($200) dollar charge for clean up when the policy is not adhered to.

Pet Rules

• Small friendly pets are allowed (no pit Bulls, Rottweiler, Dobermans or a mix of any of these) only with permission from Creekside Country Cabin. There is a $15 charge per pet per night ($75 per pet cap). Guests with pets without the permission of creeksidecountrycabin3 will not be allowed to stay and there will be no refund.

Keys

• There will be a fifteen ($15) dollar key charge for non-returned keys. Contact creeksidecountrycabin3 at 321-412-1914 or 512-395-7921 for pickup and key return.
